Personalmesse 2026

Bespoke Exhibition Stands for Personalmesse 2026, Munich

Personalmesse is a compact, regional trade fair for HR management, recruiting, and workplace health, held at the MOC Event Center in Munich. Unlike the larger international HR fairs, this is a smaller, more intimate event, around 80 exhibitors, drawing HR managers and decision-makers from Munich, southern Germany, and Austria over two days. EventFull designs and builds bespoke exhibition stands for businesses exhibiting at the show.

Workplace Health Sits Alongside Recruiting Here

Personalmesse gives real weight to workplace health management alongside the more familiar recruiting and HR tech topics. If your business touches on employee wellbeing, mental health support, or workplace safety, it's worth giving that part of your offering proper space on your stand rather than treating it as a footnote to your main recruiting or HR tech pitch.

What We Handle for Your Personalmesse Stand

• Stand design and layout, built around genuine one-to-one conversations
• Full 3D drawings before we start building anything
• A layout that feels approachable rather than overly corporate
• Branding, signage, and printed materials
• Getting your stand to and from the MOC Event Center
• On-site build and setup
• Taking everything down and away once the show ends
