Bespoke Exhibition Stands for it-sa Expo&Congress 2026, Nuremberg

it-sa Expo&Congress is Europe's largest trade fair for IT security, held every October at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre. Around 1,000 exhibitors present cybersecurity hardware, software, and services across five halls, to roughly 28,000 IT security officers, C-level executives, and decision-makers from business, industry, and public administration. EventFull designs and builds bespoke exhibition stands for businesses exhibiting at the show.

Senior Buyers Want Serious, Private Conversations

A significant part of the audience at it-sa is C-level and senior IT decision-makers, often looking to discuss genuinely sensitive topics, past security incidents, specific vulnerabilities, or confidential infrastructure details. These aren't conversations most people want happening within earshot of a busy show floor. Building in a proper private or semi-private meeting space gives your team somewhere appropriate to have these discussions, and signals to a senior buyer that you understand the sensitivity of what they're dealing with.

Software Needs to Be Demonstrated, Not Just Described

Since most of what's on show at it-sa is software and services rather than physical products, screens and live demonstrations do the heavy lifting. A stand with proper space for a screen-based walkthrough, comfortable enough for two or three people to sit and watch a demo unfold, tends to communicate what your product actually does far better than a wall of text or a static poster explaining it in the abstract.
