Bespoke Exhibition Stands for MOTEK 2026, Stuttgart

MOTEK is the world's leading trade fair for production and assembly automation, held every October at Messe Stuttgart. Now in its 43rd year, it covers everything from small handling components and robotic grippers to complete, turnkey assembly lines, running alongside the BONDexpo bonding technology fair. EventFull designs and builds bespoke exhibition stands for businesses exhibiting at the show.

Robots Need Room, and So Do the People Watching Them

A big part of what makes MOTEK worth attending is seeing automation actually working, robotic arms assembling parts, feed systems moving components along a line, machines doing the job they're built for in real time. That's genuinely engaging for visitors, but it also needs proper planning.

From a Single Component to a Full Assembly Line

MOTEK covers an unusually wide range of scale. Some exhibitors are showing a single gripper or sensor small enough to hold in your hand, while others are demonstrating an entire assembly line taking up a significant chunk of floor space. There's no single stand design that works for both, so it's worth being realistic early on about what you're actually bringing and building around that, rather than trying to force a small product into a stand designed for something much bigger, or the other way round.
