Bespoke Exhibition Stands for gedatec 2026, Berlin

gedatec is a brand new trade fair for building technology, launching in October 2026 at Berlin ExpoCenter City. It brings together three trades that have traditionally exhibited separately, electrical, HVAC, and roofing, under one roof for the first time, building on the long-established belektro fair. EventFull designs and builds bespoke exhibition stands for businesses exhibiting at the show.

Three Trades, One Show, for the First Time

Combining electricians, HVAC installers, and roofers into a single event is a genuinely new experiment, and it changes who might walk past your stand. Visitors from one trade may have limited knowledge of the others, so if your product sits at the crossover point, smart heating controls that an electrician and an HVAC installer would both care about, for example, it's worth explaining things simply rather than assuming everyone shares the same background knowledge.

This Audience Wants to See How Things Actually Work

Visitors here are tradespeople, not architects or specifiers browsing for inspiration. Electricians, roofers, and HVAC installers want to see how a product goes together, how long it takes to fit, and what it actually looks like mid-installation, not just a finished, polished version sitting behind glass. A stand that shows a product being installed, wired up, or fitted in a realistic way tends to earn more trust here than one that just displays the end result.
